Refund and Returns Policy

At SkiFi, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Eligibility for Refund:

  1. Physical Products:
    You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  2. Digital Products (Templates & Presets):
    Refunds for digital products (such as templates, presets, or downloadable files) are only applicable in cases of:
    • Defective or corrupt files.
    • Non-delivery of the digital product.
    Please note that refunds for digital items are not granted for “change of mind” or similar reasons.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Send us an email at [your support email] with your order details and the reason for your refund request.
  2. Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund to your account.

Exceptions:

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Lost Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
